"my own business always bores me to death..."

I go by Lynn online and you most certainly may call me that.  I’ve had ‘Peaches’ or ‘Gravy’ too and that’s cool but names are always nice.  My URL is a reference to Scott Pilgrim (used in both the comics and the movie!) and my blog title is half an Oscar Wilde quotation just for you Chi because I love Oscar Wilde.

I’m 19 which means I am an ADULT.  I live in Vancouver, in Canada, and I work at a library.  Also this is my face.

If you want to know what I blog about, a look through the archive might be a good way to get an idea, but I can outline that stuff right here because my life revolves around FANDOM:

I’m into BRITISH TELEVISION, currently Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sherlock, Misfits, Miranda and the like.  I’m also a dork for British actors doing British things.

MOVIES are part of my life all day everyday, and my fantasy love affairs with certain actors might seep out into my blog.  Check the tags for indications on how much I like someone!  Also I guess my love for the MARVEL MOVIEVERSE goes here, but I’m planning to start reading the comics as well.  Eventually.

I’m also into ANIME AND MANGA, not even gonna list that shit because there’s so much but my MYANIMELIST page is always up-to-date with what I’m currently watching and what I’ve finished.  I like to buy my manga, and also have an unhealthy obsession with merchandise like figures.  I LIVE FOR SEIYUU AND SEIYUU JOKES, my top two at the moment are Kamiya Hiroshi and Sugita Tomokazu, so there may be some incoherent fangirling over them on my blog.

What a surprise, I also love AMERICAN TELEVISION meaning there may be sitcoms like How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock, The Office, Community, Parks and Recreation, etc etc etc. I’M ALSO A MASOCHIST SO I LOVE SUPERNATURAL FOR REASONS I CANNOT EXPLAIN.

My taste in music is terrible so if it’s your guilty pleasure I probably love it.

If you don’t like Harry Potter I won’t hate you but I’m pretty sure we can’t be friends. :C

I sort of play video games, meaning I suck at them, but I love me some Blazblue, Team Fortress 2, Portal, Metal Gear Solid, Ace Attorney, Professor Layton, Persona 3/4, Kingdom Hearts, The World Ends With You and, always and forever, Pokemon.
